星瞳為此打造一個融合資優與身心障礙孩子的特殊教育平台，透過協助全球華人特教青少年啟動自己的天賦才華，為世界集體利益帶來全新的方案，實現「大同世界」、「人間天堂」的終極願景。

By empowering Chinese-speaking youth around the globe to awaken their innate talents, we seek to bring forth new solutions for the collective good of humanity, and to realize the ultimate vision of a “World of Great Harmony” and a “Heaven on Earth.”
